The J.Bruch oven also known as Cal Finus or Ca la Daria, opened since 1982, is characterized by making a wide variety of breads, cakes and pastries totally handmade. The bread is still made with the old method, a slow fermentation of a minimum of 5 hours.

Adapting to the unique and special needs of each customer, thus originating several breads as now, FORMENT bread, a bread recognized in the region of Lluçanès, Oatmeal bread, Buckwheat bread, Nuts bread, Black bread with raisins and nuts, wholemeal bread, Cereal bread, Coca bread, chapata bread and our traditional village bread.

We can also name our different cakes with a wide variety for all tastes. The best known, the long cake or bread cake, cream cake and chocolate cake, made with bread cake, sugar, a touch of anise on top and filled with chocolate hazelnuts and cocoa.

As a result of our traditions, you can find: tortas ADOVADES, (all year round but more relevant for S. Juan and Christmas) where the customer can choose the garnish, as now, with pine nuts, almonds, cream, cream and pine nuts or nuts (nyoca). Tortas de HOJALDRE, also where you can choose the garnish, and PASTA DE CROAISANT cake, which can only be adorned on top as fill them with cream, angel hair or chocolate.

Finally, COCA DE SANTA ÀGATA, a very special cake, which we have only been making for 4 years with great success on the part of the pradencs and pratenses. This cake follows a recipe of more than 300 years.
