The Concepció Vergés House is located in Pla de Balenyà Street, right next to the historic centre of the city of Vic.
This house, of a marked modernist style, was conceived by the master builder Josep Antoni Torner in 1905.
This building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Originally, the ground floor was for a workshop, but now there is a shop. From the ground floor, the two half-pointed arched portals formed by large polygonal stone ashlars may attract our attention. On the left side of the ground floor, there is also a rectangular door giving access to the house. Above this rectangular door, there is a coat of arms that indicates the year of construction.
On the first floor there are two balconies with stone parapets and the wrought iron railings decorated with pumped shapes. The access doors to these balconies have lintels decorated with floral motifs.
