The Colón Hotel de Vic is located between the Passeig Promenade and the Santa Clara Square, next to the historic centre of Vic.
This building was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was designed by M. Callís.
This hotel has a rectangular floor plan and consists of a ground floor and three storeys high. Currently we can see few remains of the original building, as it has been reformed in its entirety.
During the Spanish Civil War, this building was used to locate the general command of the carabineers.
