This chapel is located in Socós Street, in the middle of Centelles.
This chapel was built in the first half of the 16th century outside the town walls.
It is a small building with a rectangular floor plan and a small apse with three columns on both sides. In the main façade there is a portal with striated and very deteriorated rectangular columns. Above the door there is a triangular pediment supported by a lintel. The façade ends with a small belfry.
This chapel was frequented by Miquel Argemir, future San Miguel de los Santos.
During 1983 this building was completely restored.
