This building was constructed between 1922 and 1923. The architect in charge of designing this building was the architect Bernat Callís. The building consists of a ground floor, three upper floors and a terrace.

On the ground floor there are two semicircular arched doorways. On the first floor there is a large continuous balcony, while on the second and third floors there are two balconies on each floor. All the balconies have wrought-iron railings, and all the openings are round-arched. The terrace has a baluster railing.
