But you can also find a great number of heritage elements of incalculable value!
Joan Tusell House
The Joan Tusell House is a building located at Sant Pau Street, 8, on the seafront, in the centre of Vilassar de Mar.
The Joan Tusell House was built in 1920 and has an advanced modernist style. This building consists of a ground floor, two upper floors and a roof terrace.
The most striking feature of the Joan Tusell House is the tribune on the first floor. This tribune supports the balcony on the first floor. In this sense, the wrought iron railing of the balcony is very remarkable.
Another striking feature is the rooftop railing, which consists of four pinnacles connected by a sinuous stone railing. This part of the building is also decorated with sgraffito work.
