In the town centre of Caldes d’Estrac, in the Maresme region, specifically in Santema Street, 8, we can see a building in the historicist style.
This building consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. On the first floor there is a large balcony, and on the second floor there are two individual balconies. The entire facade, moreover, follows a great symmetry with two openings on each floor.
The whole facade has a decoration that imitates stone ashlars. We can also highlight how the openings on the first floor are framed by a decorative frieze.
The most remarkable thing, therefore, is the decorative frieze under the cornice.
