In the town centre of Caldes d’Estrac, in the Maresme region, specifically in Santa Teresa Street, 9, we can see a Noucentista style building.
This building is made up of a ground floor, two upper floors, an attic and a roof. The entire construction of this building follows a great symmetry, with two openings on each floor.
On the first and second floors, there is also a large balcony that runs the entire width of the building. The railings of these two balconies are made of wrought iron elements.
