In the urban centre of Caldes d’Estrac, in the Maresme region, specifically in the Santa Teresa Street, 11, we can observe a building in the neoclassical style.
This building was built between the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. The whole building is surrounded by a garden, and it has a ground floor, although in the central part there is a tower with an upper floor.
The most striking feature of this building is the dust-guards in each of the openings. We can also highlight the tribune that there is where a triangular pediment is supported by different columns. Besides, at the top of the ground floor there is a frieze with a decoration with vegetal motives.
