In the urban centre of Vilassar de Mar, in the Maresme region, specifically in Sant Pere Street, 5, we can see a Noucentista style building.
This is a small building, formed by a ground floor, a first floor and a roof.
On each floor, there are three openings. The entrance door is formed by a semicircular arch, and above it there is a window framed with worked stone blocks.
On the right side of the building, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, there is a twin window separated by a small ornamental column. Besides, these windows have two semicircular arches.
On the roof, there is a railing built with elements of exposed work that form geometric drawings.
