In the urban centre of Mataró, in the Maresme region, specifically in Riera Street, 4, we can see a Noucentista style building.
This building consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. Both the first and second floors have a small balcony and a window.
The most striking feature of this building is the sgraffito decoration on the main façade. All the openings on the first and second floors are framed with a red line. In addition, between the first and second floors there is a sgraffito strip with plant decoration.
