In the urban centre of Mataró, in the Maresme region, specifically at Riera Street, 135, we can see a Noucentista style building.
This building was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the architect Lluís Gallifa Grenzner. This building is made up of a ground floor, a first floor and a balcony at the top.
The façade facing Riera Street has a central symmetrical axis, with two windows on each side, and three balconies on the first floor.
The most representative feature of the building is the cornice on which is located a sgraffito acroterium where the date of construction of the building is. In addition, in this cornice there is also a porthole. This cornice also has six pinnacles in the shape of a pot with floral elements.
