The Riera Houses are a group of buildings, in the historicist style, located in Bisbe Pare Fita Street, 24-26, in the town centre of Arenys de Mar, in the Maresme region.
This building is made up of two houses designed by the architect Joan Bruguera Roget between 1911 and 1929. The design of this building, in a historicist style, is inspired by the old Catalan Gothic art.
The entrance doors, of these two houses, are made with a semicircular arch and two exempt columns. On the first floor, there is a balcony, in each house, with two openings. Each of these openings has a sculpted duster.
On the second floor, there is an attic with porches of columns and semicircular arches.
From this building, we can also highlight the wrought iron of the railings of the balconies, and of the bars of the windows on the ground floor.
