The Rectory is a neoclassical and historicist building located at Església Street, 24, in the town centre of Arenys de Mar, in the Maresme region.
This building consists of a ground floor, two upper floors and an attic. On the first floor, there is a balcony that runs the whole width of the building, with three exits, and on the second floor, there are three individual balconies.
What we can highlight, of this building, are the wrought iron elements. These elements are located on the railings of the different balconies, as well as the grille on the ground floor windows.
We can also highlight, from this building, the false pilasters, with Ionic and Corinthian capitals, which decorate the facade. The capitals are made of terracotta.
