In the urban centre of the city of Vic, in the region of Osona, specifically in the Rambla del Carme, 3, we can observe a building of noucentista style.
This building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors. On the ground floor there is a stone lintel that frames a window divided by a column with a Doric capital. There is also the main entrance door, which is decorated with a modillion in each upper corner.
On the first floor there are two windows with gables of classical inspiration, supported by pilasters. On the second and third floors there are balconies with a semicircular pediment on the two windows. On the top floor there are small windows separated by square stone columns.
