The Nadal and Farré House is a noucentista style building located at Camí Ral Street, 48, in the town centre of Caldes d’Estrac, in the Maresme region.
The Nadal and Farré House is one of the great summer mansions that the Barcelona bourgeoisie built in Caldes at the beginning of the 20th century. In this case, we know that the architect in charge of this work was Joan Martorell.
This tower is an isolated building of Arab influence, with a large garden surrounding it. It has a ground floor and two upper floors, and has all the openings decorated with tiles.
