The Manuel Pladevall House, of noucentista style, is located in the Gurb Street, 21, in the urban centre of the city of Vic, in the region of Osona.
The Manuel Pladevall House consists of a ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor there are three large portals, while on the first floor there is a polygonal tribune that marks a vertical axis off-centred on the façade. This grandstand supports a balcony, with a wrought-iron railing, on the second floor.
The most striking feature of this building is the decorative sgraffito, with plant motifs, which is found throughout the façade. We can also see the leaded glass in the entrance door and the blue and white glazed ceramic elements under the cornice.
