In the urban centre of the city of Vic, in the region of Osona, specifically in the Manlleu Street, 15, we can observe a noucentista style building.
This building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors. The ground floor, made of stone, we can see two portals. On the upper floors we can see a small balcony, with one opening, per floor. Each balcony has a wrought iron grille.
The most characteristic of this building is the decoration of the facade. This decoration is made with sgraffito that blurs geometric drawings in white and red.
