The Julià Houses are a group of modernist-style houses located at Bisbe Pare Fita Street, 44-48, in the town centre of Arenys de Mar, in the Maresme region.
This is a group of three houses built by the textile industrialist Rossend Julià Palahí between 1915 and 1918.
These three houses each have a door and a window on the ground floor, a balcony with two openings on the first floor, and two small balconies on the second floor. The building ends with a cornice and a wavy railing.
What can be most striking about this building, therefore, are the wrought iron elements on the railings of the balconies, and on the bars of the windows on the ground floor. These wrought iron elements have a floral decoration.
