On the seafront, in the urban centre of Vilassar de Mar, in the Maresme region, specifically at Sant Pau Street, 17, we find a modernist-style building, the House Elvira Ferrés.
This building, at Sant Pau Street, 17, was designed by the local architect Eduard Ferrés Puig, and consists of a ground floor, two floors and a rooftop.
What is most striking about this building is the use of terracotta to decorate, especially in the garlands that outline the upper floor of the building. These garlands are of a linear type, and avoid curved lines.
In addition, at the entrance of the building there is a wrought iron grille with a stepped crown.
