Can Gili, also known as Can Bellavista, is a building located at Església Street, 35, in the town centre of Caldes d’Estrac, in the Maresme region.
Originally, Can Gili is a 16th century farmhouse, although it was modified during the 18th century. In 1910, this building was again modified by the architect Francisco Nebot, who gave it the Noucentista style that we can see today. This building was the seat of a Marist seminary; was also the seat of a parish school and is now a residence for the elderly.
Can Gili is a large building, consisting of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the old farmhouse a transversal body was added where we can see a two-storey gallery with a glazed ceramic decoration.
The most outstanding feature of this building is the sgraffito decoration on the entire main façade.
