In the city centre of Vic, in the region of Osona, specifically in the Bisbe Torres i Bages street, 12, we can observe a modernist style building.
This building was built in 1920, and is a reflection of the urban expansion of Vic in the early 20th century. Although we do not know exactly who the architect was, we believe that it is the work of Bernat Noguera.
This building consists of a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor we can see the entrance door with a semicircular arch. On this floor there is also a large window with a semicircular arch, and a wrought iron grille.
On the first floor there is a large balcony that runs the width of the whole building. This balcony has only one central exit. This balcony has a railing made of artificial stone balusters. On the second floor there are two central windows.
The openings on the first and second floor, as well as the gable of the facade, we can see a decoration in a staggered form and made with stucco. In addition, the entire facade is decorated with stucco, artificial stone reliefs and wrought iron elements.
