Originally, Vilassar de Mar was the fishermen’s neighbourhood of Vilassar de Dalt. It was not until 1784 that Vilassar de Mar became an independent municipality.

Cal Gras

Cal Gras is a building located in Batrina Street, 33, next to the church square in Vilassar de Mar.

Cal Gras consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a roof terrace. The decoration of the façade of Cal Gras is particularly noteworthy. This decoration is made of rhomboidal geometric sgraffito, framed by quilted reliefs, as well as floral motifs.
